I’m half African/and Dominican descent born in Florida, raised in Liberty City Miami then moved to Fort Myers FL when I was 21.
I found my purpose in life, which is providing JOY, Comfort, & Laughter, and I provide that by the God given gift that I was blessed with to create art through food while at the same time joy,comfort,and laughter is being accompanied.
I have been cooking my whole life learned alot from my grandmother and great aunts who had their fair share on raising me to be the Chef I am.
I have worked in high volume restaraunts, ventured into country clubs; fine dining. as well as Revitalized Restrarants and retraining people to be more proficient in the kitchen. 2013 is when I produced my own baby “A Sincere Touch”.
